Barbary Coast

 30 ml (1 oz) blended Scotch
 15 ml (½ oz) London dry gin
 22.50 ml (¾ oz) white creme de cacao
 22.50 ml (¾oz) single cream (or half and half)
 Grated nutmeg for garnish

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with grated nutmeg.
