The B&B cocktail dates back to Prohibition in the US; a simple combination of Benedictine DOM and Brandy (a good brandy is very strongly recommended), traditionally served with the brandy floating on the Benedictine.
Warm the glass by swirling with hot water and then discard the water.
Pour the Benedictine DOM into the glass.
Using a bar spoon, float the brandy over the Benedictine.
