Bourbon Alexander

 45 ml (1½ oz) bourbon whiskey
 20 ml (⅔ oz) white creme de cacao
 15 ml (½ oz) coconut liqueur
 25 ml (⅚ oz) single cream (half-and-half)
 Grated nutmeg for garnish.

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
