30 ml blackberry liqueur

120 ml prosecco or other sparkling wine

30 ml sparkling water

Blackberries for garnish

Fill a large wine glass with ice.

Pour the prosecco into the glass.

Add the creme de cassis

Top off with sparkling water and stir gently.
