Dandelion & Burdock Negroni

A cocktail of our own making, and a variant of the Negroni, which uses Plymouth Gin, combined with Bitter Bianco Liqueur, Dry Vermouth and Dandelion & Burdock cordial.

D&B Negroni

 30 ml (1 oz) Plymouth Gin
 30 ml (1 oz) Luxardo Bitter Bianco Liqueur
 30 ml (1 oz) Dry Vermouth
 15 ml (½ oz) dandelion and burdock cordial
 Lemon wheel for garnish

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.

Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.
