A cocktail of our own making, and a variant of the Negroni, which uses Plymouth Gin, combined with Bitter Bianco Liqueur, Dry Vermouth and Dandelion & Burdock cordial.
Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.
Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
