A tasty cocktail using Irish whiskey and ginger beer which is best served in a copper mug.

Dirty Bastard

 45 ml Irish whiskey
 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
 7 ml simple syrup
 5 dashes aromatic bitters
 15 ml ginger beer
 Additional ginger beer for topping up

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all of the ingredients and shake for 15-30 seconds.

Strain into a copper mug over fresh ice and top up with additional ginger beer.
