A summer Negroni variant created by Vincenzo Errico in 2001 at Match in London, England.

 30 ml London Dry Gin
 30 ml Campari
 22.50 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
 15 ml simple syrup
 6 green grapes
 1 orange wheel

Add five of the green grapes to a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Half-fill the shaker with ice.

Add all liquid ingredients and shake until well-chilled.

Double strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.

Garnish with a skewered green grape and orange wheel (sail).
