A variant of the Enzoni. It replaces the London Dry Gin with spicier rye whiskey for some extra spice and depth.
Place three red grapes in the bottom of a shaker and muddle.
Half-fill the shaker with ice.
Add all liquid ingredients and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a tumbler and express the oils from an orange twist over the glass.
Garnish with skewered red grapes and an orange rose (made from the orange twist).
