Gingerbread Martini

 60 ml (2 oz) vodka
 30 ml (1 oz) dry vermouth
 7.50 ml (¼ oz) amaretto
 7.50 ml (¼ oz) gingerbread syrup

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.

Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a ginger biscuit balanced on the rim.
