Le Coup D’etat

 20 ml (⅔ oz) elderflower liqueur
 7.50 ml (¼ oz) gentian liqueur
 7.50 ml (¼ oz) ruby port
 Champagne
 Lavender sprig for garnish

Place 4-5 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.

Add the port, elderflower and gentian liqueurs and stir until well chilled (approx. 1 minute).

Strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a sprig of lavender.
