Pappy Honeysuckle

 45 ml (1½ oz) Irish whiskey
 37.50 ml (1¼ oz) Sauvignon Blanc
 2 tbsp Honey
 45 ml (1½ oz) apple juice
 7.50 ml (¼ oz) freshly squeezed lemon juice
 7.50 ml (¼ oz) passion fruit syrup

Add Irish whiskey and honey to an empty cocktail shaker and stir until honey is dissolved.

Half-fill the shaker with ice.

Add remaining ingredients and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
