A Scotch, lime and ginger beer cocktail, flavoured with raspberry. Created by Wayne Collins in 2004

Red Breast

 60 ml blended Scotch whisky
 15 ml lime juice
 Ginger beer
 15 ml raspberry liqueur

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Add the blended Scotch and lime juice into the glass over the ice.

Top with ginger beer.

Drizzle the raspberry liqueur over the top of the drink.

Garnish with 2-3 fresh raspberries.
