Sacred Martell

 50 ml (1⅔ oz) cognac
 30 ml (1 oz) elderflower liqueur
 20 ml (⅔ oz) freshly squeezed lemon juice
 Indian Tonic Water

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the cognac, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice and shake until well-chilled..

Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.

Top with Indian Tonic Water.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
