A cocktail of our own creation for St George's Day in 2024.

St George's Triumph

 60 ml (2 oz) Old Tom Gin
 22.50 ml (¾ oz) sweet vermouth
 15 ml (½ oz) blackberry liqueur
 7.50 ml (¼ oz) freshly squeezed lime juice
 7.50 ml (¼ oz) simple syrup
 1 dash orange bitters
 Orange twist for garnish

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.

Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with an orange twist.
