Tezonita

 40 ml (1⅓ oz) white tequila
 25 ml (⅚ oz) gentian liqueur
 25 ml (⅚ oz) white verouth
 Lemon twist

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.

Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.

Express the oils from a lemon twist and use as garnish.
