The Chapuline

 30 ml (1 oz) Pisco
 30 ml (1 oz) double cream (heavy cream)
 15 ml (½ oz) white creme de menth
 15 ml (½ oz) green creme de menth

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.

Add all ingredients and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
