Up-to-Date

 37.50 ml (1¼ oz) rye whiskey
 37.50 ml (1¼ oz) amontillado sherry
 15 ml (½ oz) Grand Marnier
 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
 Lemon peel for garnish

Place ice in a mixing jug.

Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.
