Valencia Cocktail No 2

 60 ml (2 oz) apricot brandy
 30 ml (1 oz) freshly squeezed orange juice
 4 dashes orange bitters
 60 ml (2 oz) champagne

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the apricot brandy, orange juice and bitters and shake until-well chilled.

Strain into a cocktail coupe and top off with champagne.
