Velvet Hammer

 22.50 ml (¾ oz) vodka
 22.50 ml (¾ oz) brown creme de cacao
 22.50 ml (¾ oz) coffee liqueur
 22.50 ml (¾ oz) Cointreau
 45 ml (1½ oz) double cream

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
