A simple white port and dry vermouth cocktail, created by Renee Erickson and featured in his book Getaway.

White Port and Lime

 45 ml (1½ oz) white port
 45 ml (1½ oz) dry vermouth
 15 ml (½ oz) freshly squeezed lime juice
 Lime wheel for garnish

Half-fill a mixing jug with ice.

Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a highball glass filled two-thirds with ice.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
