 30 ml (1 oz) brandy
 30 ml (1 oz) creme de cacao
 30 ml (1 oz) single (or light) cream
 Lemon twist

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a cocktail coupe.

Express the oils of a lemon twist over the drink and discard the twist.
