Going abroad for our third cocktail of this evening for a variation of the Moscow Mule: this is a French Mule which switches out the vodka for cognac.
A French variation of the Moscow Mule
50 ml cognac
10 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
120 ml ginger beer

Fill a copper mug with ice.

Combine cognac and ginger beer in the mug.

Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and stir gently.

Garnish with a sprig of mint.
