Gin and Dubonnet was a favourite of the Queen Mother, a preference which obviously influenced her daughter's palete.
30 ml dry gin
60 ml Dubonnet Red
Lemon wheel for garnish

Pour the dry gin to a small wine glass or tumbler.

Add the Dubonnet Red.

Place the lemon wheel in the glass and then top with two ice cubes.
