45 ml dry gin
22.50 ml elderflower liqueur
15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 dash orange bitters
Chilled pink champagne
Lemon twist for garnish

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, orange bitters and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled champagne flute.

Top with chilled pink champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
