40 ml dry gin
10 ml Green Chartreuse
10 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a Nick & Nora or cocktail glass.
This is the original Hurrell version, but Simon Difford has a version which adds 5ml sugar syrup.
