Our first cocktail is the Cornwall Negroni. A Negroni variant, named not for Cornwall in the UK, but for Cornwall-on-Hudson in the USA. Created by Philip Ward in 2006 after attending Gary “Gaz” Regan’s Cocktails in the Country workshop in Cornwall-on-Hudson.

Our first cocktail is the Sheroni which is a Negroni variant, created by Simon Difford at the Clocktower, Rye, England, in 2021, which replaces the typical gin with genever and Amontillado sherry.

Our first cocktail is the Cranberry Negroni. A Negroni variant, created by Chef Will Gilson from Ocean Spray’s Cranberry Chef Collective. Quite a few ingredients involved, but a good combination.

Our first cocktail is the Cocogroni; a sweeter coconut flavoured variant of the Negroni which replaces the dry gin with coconut rum; the particular rum used, will sweeten more or less. .
