A slightly unusual, albeit very tasty, dessert cocktail which combines gin, triple sec and cream.
22 ml London dry gin
22 ml triple sec
30 ml single cream
2-3 dashes grenadine

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients and shake until well chilled.
