A classic variation of the Alexander which uses tequila instead of gin.
60 ml white tequila
22.50 ml white creme de cacao
22.50 ml single cream
7.50 ml grenadaine
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass and dust lightly with ground garnish.
