A Tennessee twist on a traditional Manhattan.
50 ml Tennessee Rye Whiskey
12.50 ml dry vermouth
12.50 ml sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 lemon twist for garnish

Half fill a mixing jug with ice.

All all the ingredients to the jug and stir for 10 seconds.

Strain into a cocktail coup.

Add a lemon twist as garnish (optional).

I didn’t have any sweet vermouth so used a Dubonnet Red which is an able replacement.
While I didn’t need another replacement, a Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc can be used as a replacement for the dry vermouth.
