Pour a little food colouring onto a saucer and rotate the cocktail glass through giving an even coating around the rim.
Rotate the glass through a teaspoon or so of sugar allowing the wet rim to collect the sugar; the green food colouring will give colour to the sugar.
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add all liquid ingredients and shake until well chilled.
Strain into the cocktail glass.
