Our second cocktail is the Lorraine. Created by Joe Gilmore to mark President Charles de Gaulle’s state visit to Britain after the Second World War.
Our first cocktail is the History & Nobility. A cocktail which benefits from light dashes of bitters; created by Daniel Bovey at Be At One, Bristol, in 2015. This recipe is Simon Difford’s adaptation.
Our second cocktail is the Golden Lillet Martini. Created by John Gertsen and Misty Kalkofen at the The Edison bar, Los Angeles, during a guest bartending stint.
