Opening this evening’s Friday Night Cocktails with an easy to make dessert cocktail; a white chocolate martini (along the same lines as last week’s chocolate martini).

25 ml vodka
25 ml white creme de cacao
25 ml white chocolate liqueur
25 ml single cream
Grated dark chocolate for garnish (optional)

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all liquid ingredients and shake till well chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with grated chocolate.

You could omit the white chocolate liqueur and double up the white creme de cacao; the single cream could be replaced with whole milk or double cream.
