This is the first cocktail we’ve made using Amarula Cream; this is made with the Marula fruit, an indigenous to the miombo woodlands of Southern Africa, the Sudano-Sahelian range of West Africa, the savanna woodlands of East Africa and Madagascar.
Made with Amarula Fruit and Cream Liqueur.
Half fill a shaker with ice.
Add Amarula, vodka and coffee liqueur to the shaker and shake until well chilled.
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Strain shaker into the glass and top off with cola (pour slowly to avoid the cream liqueur curdling).
Garnish with a cherry.
