3rd #cocktail of #FridayNightCocktails on 18th November: William Porter

Our third and final cocktail is one of the classics; the William Porter. This is an almost Manhattan-like combination of blended Scotch, sweet vermouth and triple sec.

It’s named after an American journalist called William Porter, who founded a popular sports newspaper called the Spirit of the Times.
