Our first cocktail is the Silk Stocking, which is a variation of the Alexander. This is a gin and cream cocktail which we haven’t yet posted, although we have done the brandy based Brandy Alexander variation.

60 ml white tequila
22.50 ml white creme de cacao
22.50 ml single cream
7.50 ml grenadaine
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass and dust lightly with ground garnish.
