Our second cocktail is the refreshing Cassis Spritz which combines creme de cassis with prosecco (or other sparkling wine).

30 ml blackberry liqueur
120 ml prosecco or other sparkling wine
30 ml sparkling water
Blackberries for garnish

Fill a large wine glass with ice.

Pour the prosecco into the glass.

Add the creme de cassis

Top off with sparkling water and stir gently.

Garnish with a few blackberries.
