2nd #cocktail of #FridayNightCocktails on 14th April: Aperol Spritz

Our second cocktail is the Aperol Spritz. A classic spritz made to a 3-2-1 ratio of prosecco, Aperol and soda water, served over ice with a garnish of orange wheel.

A classic spritz made to a 3-2-1 ratio of prosecco, Aperol and soda water.

 75 ml prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
 50 ml Aperol
 25 ml soda water
 Orange slice for garnish

Add a copious amount of ice to a large wine glass.

Add the prosecco and then the Aperol.

Ad the soda water and stir gently.

Garnish with an orange wheel.
