Our third and final cocktail is the bourbon Passion Fruit Cocktail. This is a very refreshing, fruit, bourbon-based cocktail, perfect for summer days in the garden.

In a mason jar (or pint glass)add the bourbon, juice of a passion fruit , orange juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Fill the mason jar with ice.
Add the basil leaf.
Top off with ginger ale.
Piece the grape with the thyme sprig and place on the rim of the jar.
