50 ml London Dry Gin
20 ml elderflower liqueur
15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
110 ml tonic water

Add ice to a large gin balloon glass.

Add the gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice to the glass.

Hold the glass at an angle and gently pour the tonic water into the glass.

Add a lemon wheel for garnish.
