The lemon drop martini is a cousin to the Orange Martini and sibling to the Limoncello Martini.

50 ml vodka
20 ml Cointreau
25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
Lemon wheel for garnish

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon wheel (optional).

While I like Limoncello, I’d still take this one over the Limoncello martini.
