Our third and final cocktail is the Safe Word. A variant of the Last Word, created by Matt Lofink at Cure in New Orleans, USA, in 2022, which replaces maraschino cherry liqueur with white creme de cacao.

 15 ml (½ oz) Green Chartreuse
 15 ml (½ oz) white creme de cacao
