75 ml (2½ oz) prosecco
25 ml (⅚ oz) peach schnapps
25 ml (⅚ oz) apricot brandy
25 ml (⅚ oz) soda water
Peach wedge for garnish

Pour prosecco and liqueurs into a tumbler.

Add ice and top with soda water.

Garnish with a fresh peach wedge.
