Our third and final cocktail is the B&B. The B&B cocktail dates back to Prohibition in the US; a simple combination of Benedictine DOM and Brandy (a good brandy is very strongly recommended), traditionally served with the brandy floating on the Benedictine.
I found this surprisingly good; it really does benefit from using a good quality brandy.
