Our third and final cocktail is the B&B. The B&B cocktail dates back to Prohibition in the US; a simple combination of Benedictine DOM and Brandy (a good brandy is very strongly recommended), traditionally served with the brandy floating on the Benedictine.

I found this surprisingly good; it really does benefit from using a good quality brandy.

Our second cocktail is the Harvey Wallbanger, which is a variant of the Screwdriver, created in 1969 by the McKesson Imports Company, which enjoyed popularity in the 1970s. This cocktail benefits from using freshly squeezed orange juice.

Our third and final cocktail is the Amontillado Sherry Manhattan. A Manhattan variant which switches out the vermouth for amontillado sherry which gives this cocktail nutty caramel flavours.
