Our second cocktail is the MasterMix. A Martini variant which replaces gin or vodka with Jagermesieter for a herbal bouquet which is a surprisingly good pairing for dry vermouth and a hint of bitters.

Our first cocktail is the Fall Enzoni, A variant of the Enzoni. It replaces the London Dry Gin with spicier rye whiskey for some extra spice and depth, and replaces the green grapes with red for a more Autumnal feel.

Our third and final cocktail is the Wallick. A classic cocktail named after The Wallick Hotel, New York City, New York, USA, where Hugo R. Ensslin worked for most of his working life. The Wallick cocktail first appeared in Ensslin’s 1916-17 Recipes for Mixed Drinks.

Our first cocktail is the Count Mast, a signature cocktail from Jägermeister, combining London Dry Gin, Jägermeister and Sweet Vermouth. A variant of the Negroni more suited to being an aperitif than a digestif.

Our third and final cocktail is the Islay Old Fashioned. An Old Fashioned[/link] variant created by Simon Difford in 2014. It uses peated Scotch from Islay and Peychaud’s bitters..
