Our third and final cocktail is the Metropolitan. A classic brandy cocktail dating back to approximately 1900, making it of almost similar age as a Martinez or Manhattan, and benefits from use of a quality brandy.

Our second cocktail is the Banana Boulevardier, a variant of the Boulevardier, created by Terry Williams in 2016 at Anvil Bar & Refuge in Houston, Texas, USA.

Our first cocktail is the Cheeky Negroni; a fragant and well-balanced variant of the Negroni which uses equal parts London Dry Gin, Aperol and Lillet Blanc. .

This is just one of the Negroni variants which we have made.

Our third and final cocktail is the officla IBA version of the White Lady, which was was made in honor of Eveline Alice Wander Gorkiewicz, who helped British prisoners of war escape Turkey in the first world war. She would dress up as an old Turkish wash lady (dressed in white) and hide the prisoners in the washing trolley. The drink was named by the soldiers she rescued.

Our second cocktail is the Gin & Ginger. This is a simple variant of the which replaces the tonic water with ginger ale; this works better with a spicy gin, such as Opihr.

Our first cocktail is the Unusual Negroni, which was created by Charlotte Voisey, USA., for Hendrick’s Gin in 2011. This “unusual” Negroni switches out the usual Campari for the alternative bitter Italian liqueur Aperol and the sweet vermouth for Lillet Blanc.

Our third and final cocktail is the Insanely Good Gin & Tonic. The name of this cocktail was picked by Chaim Dauerman at the Up & Up Bar in New York City, USA. A Gin & Tonic enhanced with gentian liqueur, lime cordial and Angostura Aromatic Bitters.
