A simple aperol and gin cocktail
Ingredients
30 ml dry gin
30 ml Aperol
30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
30 ml simple syrup
60 ml soda water
Lime wedge for garnish
Directions
Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
Add all ingredients, except soda water, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with soda water and gently stir.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
