
A bold, deep-flavoured cocktail from the Bramble Bar & Lounge in Edinburgh. One of a small number of whisky-based cocktails.
60 ml Springbank 10 Year Old Whisky
30 ml cherry liqueur
15 ml Green Chartreuse

Add ice to a mixing glass.

Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Twist lemon peel to express oil onto the surface of the cocktail and discard the peel.
