The Jasmine is a brighter variation of the classic Negroni which was created by Paul Harrinton in the 1990s.
45 ml dry gin
7.50 ml Campari
7.50 ml Cointreau
22.50 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all liquid ingredients and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
