Rinse and pat dry the mint leaves and add them to the cocktail shaker.
Gently muddle the mint leaves to release the oils.
Puree the peeled and sliced kiwi fruit with the agave nectar and add to the cocktail shaker.
Squeeze the juice from three of the lime segments and add to the cocktail shaker with the rum.
Use one segment of the quartered lime half to wet the rim of a tumbler; roll the rim through some sugar on a saucer.
Half-fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigourously until well-chilled.
Empty the cocktail shaker into the glass without straining.
Garnish the glass with some mint leaves and a lime and kiwi slices.
