A Liquorice Ball is a layered shot with a formerly saucy name (Slippery Nipple). The combination of grenadine, sambuca and Irish cream goes down smoothly.

Slippery Nipples are meant to be consumed as a shot with the flavours combining in your mouth.

 2 drops grenadine
 15 ml Sambuca
 15 ml Irish cream
1

Add the drops of grenadine to a shot glass.

2

Layer the Sambuca on top of the grenadine.

You should be able to get the Sambuca to layer by slowly pouring down the side of the glass, or holding a bar spoon upside down just over the grenadine and raise slowly as the glass fills.

3

Layer the Irish cream on top of the Irish cream using the same method as floating the Sambuca.
